Here's what's underneath all of it. Every choice you make is filtered through how you see the situation first. How you see your clients. How you see your offer. How you see the conversation you're in, and your own authority inside it. How you see all that shapes what you choose to do about it. What you choose produces your results. Change what you see, and you change everything downstream.

As you might know, my name is Jonathan W. Pritchard. You might also know that I've been a professional mentalist for 25 years, performing for Fortune 500 companies, military units, and audiences across three continents. My job, for all of that time, has been reading what's actually happening in a room: what people are deciding, what's driving those decisions, and what they're not saying.

The gap between what someone presents and what's actually true is where I work. Most professional problems trace back to something hidden, something upstream that you didn't notice because it's not visible from inside the situation.
