A high-stakes communication system built for executives, founders, experts, and leaders whose ideas need to get stuff done.
You understand the business. You’ve done the work. You’ve earned the right to be in the room.
That's not what worries you.
You’re worried that the strongest idea in the room (yours) still might not win.
That someone will misunderstand one detail and drag the conversation into the weeds where momentum dies a slow and painful death.
That the buyer will nod, tell you it sounds great, and disappear.
That the leadership team will agree in principle and table the decision for yet another quarter.
That the board will ask the one question you can answer, but not in the thirty seconds they give you to do it.
You need the room to approve the recommendation. Trust the direction. Fund the initiative. Buy the solution. Change the behavior. Take the next step.
And you know perfectly well that people can praise the message, compliment your delivery, and still do absolutely nothing.
You rewrite the opening.
You add more evidence, then take it all out because you're worried that the point of the whole thing is getting lost in the details.
You shorten the deck. Reorder the slides for the thousandth time.
Your team tells you, "Looks good, boss!"
That doesn’t help much. You need to know what's NOT working.
I’ve delivered keynotes to senior leaders and spoken to the entire C-suite at BP.
State Farm consistently rated me as its top soft-skills trainer, month after month, for three years straight.
I’ve worked with teams at United Airlines and other major organizations.
I’ve sold and supported complex enterprise engagements where smart buyers were paid to find every weakness in the argument along with their army of lawyers hell-bent on justifying their existence.
I’ve communicated on national television, radio, podcasts, conference stages, executive workshops, sales calls, and in rooms where there was no graceful way to pretend the message worked when it didn’t.
But I didn’t get there through business school, a conventional corporate career, or years of repeating somebody else’s theory.

I spent years as a professional mentalist.
Before that I was a creative consultant working with Criss Angel on a TV project.
Before that I was lead consultant with Brian Brushwood helping him launch his wildly successful early internet show "Scam School."
And before that, I performed more than 15,000 live demonstrations at the magic shop inside Universal Studios.
Every few minutes, a new group of strangers arrived.
I had to earn their attention, establish trust, communicate an idea, handle resistance, and create an observable response.
I absolutely worked with scripts.
Good scripts.
Scripts I knew could get the job done because they followed the principles of compelling communication.
What I didn’t have was the safety net of the editing room.
There was no second take.
No jump cut we can use to hide the flub.
No removing the awkward pause, fixing it in post, or refilming the moment that didn’t land.
If attention drifted, I had to get them back in the room without being a jerk about it.
If someone didn't understand something, I had to see their confusion & adapt before the moment was gone.
If my approach wasn't working, then their response (or lack thereof) made that failure immediately obvious.
Plus, it hurt my bank account.

It's also why I learned lessons about attention, trust, belief, resistance, decision-making, and action that no classroom could have taught me. Or you, for that matter.
Those lessons eventually took me from a magic shop to television, international stages, enterprise sales, and the executive rooms at some of the largest companies in the world.
And the important decisions still happen live
Audiences are becoming more skeptical of what they see online. Hell, you're probably sitting there right now wondering if I'm for real (I think I am, therefore I am right?)
Perfectly produced content is cheap nowadays. Polished language is everywhere. A message that looks good can be manufactured in seconds.
But fortunes are still made in live presentations, sales conversations, investor meetings, negotiations, keynotes, media appearances, and executive rooms. You know. . . in meatspace.
Those environments expose whether you can actually think, adapt, earn trust, and move people when there's no editing room to save you.
You can't afford to botch the communication that determines what happens next.
That doesn’t just mean memorizing a clever script and praying that nobody interrupts.
It means developing a repeatable way to understand the room, control your delivery, anticipate & difuse resistance, adapt under pressure, and finish with a clear next move.
I distilled what I learned across live performance, media appearances, enterprise sales, executive training, and consequential rooms into a system you can use whenever what happens next matters.
Normally, getting my direct help would mean attending a 2 day workshop, booking a private review, or flying me out to your company. The interactive Signal System™ makes the same planning logic available on demand.
Get the Signal System communication strategy built from more than 20 years of making messages work without an editing room, a second take, or the luxury of finding out later that nobody moved.
Use it for presentations, executive meetings, sales conversations, pitches, keynotes, media appearances, difficult conversations, and every situation where what happens next matters.
Pressure-test the message, objections, opening, closing, and next move in a live working session.
Get direct structural, strategic, and delivery feedback on a consequential message.
Install the complete system across leadership, sales, media, presentations, and consequential conversations.
No. It is a reusable communication operating system for presentations, meetings, sales conversations, media, leadership, and any situation where your message needs to create movement.
No. AI is the delivery mechanism, not the product. The Signal System helps you think through the decision, room, resistance, message, proof, delivery, and next move. It is not a prettier-slide generator.
No honest communication system can claim to control another human being. This gives you a repeatable way to stop relying on hope, reduce avoidable mistakes, and enter the room with a deliberate strategy for maximizing your chances at producing the response you need.
No. The walkthrough shows you how to use the system. An installable skill and universal prompt are included.
It gives you the complete system on demand. The live lab adds Jonathan’s direct judgment, pressure-testing, correction, and adaptation.
You receive immediate digital access to the Signal System, walkthrough, communication brief, strategy map, planning tools, rehearsal tools, and the current live-lab schedule.
Walk in knowing what has to happen, what the room needs from you, and how you intend to get it done.
